Made for you
Every framed piece and printed photograph is produced for your order at the size and specification you chose. Production starts once payment clears.

Delivery
We deliver to you internationally. Delivery times given at checkout are estimates and start from despatch, not from the order.
Any import duties and taxes charged when your order arrives are payable by you, and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

Damage and returns
If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within seven days with a photograph of the damage and we will replace it or refund you.
Because pieces are made to order, we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind.

Digital files
A digital file is licensed to you for personal use. You may print it for yourself and display it in your own home or workplace. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or use it commercially.
Digital files are downloaded from your account. You need an account with the email address used for the order to reach them.
A digital file cannot be refunded once payment has been made.

Copyright
Copyright in every photograph stays with the photographer who made it. Buying a piece or a file buys the object or the licence described above, and nothing more.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
